Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Always keep your shipping receipt until the return is fully processed.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
